help me with stating boratscape how do you even get onto a server?

ok download moparscape or play the webclient at www.moparscape.org then type in boratscape.no-ip.org in the server part and make up your own name and pass word

I'm doin that but I keep getting that error msg about the server being offline, is it offline or is it just me? lol

well tehn its most likely offline thenhey i went into www.moparscape.org and logged in so on plaed to lvl 6 than it stops and now i go to www.moparscape.org its all white and and page with and X in what should i do ? please help me
