ok i'm not sure what it does so plz can someone extrapolate on it all it causes is problems, i just wish i knew what it did

a server restarted restarts a server at a sest amount of time and the reason it seems it doesnt work is because of people not folowing the lag rules that i posted in server information

i was wondering what it why you have it thats all
